Delete your account

You can delete your Navori account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed and what is kept.

Two ways to do it

If you can open the app

Delete it yourself

Takes effect immediately. Nothing to wait for.

Open Settings
Scroll to Danger zone
Tap Delete my account
Type DELETE to confirm

If your account is suspended or on hold, the same option is on that screen — you do not need to wait for a suspension to end.

If you cannot

Ask us to delete it

Use this if you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your Google account, or cannot sign in for any other reason.

Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject Account deletion. We reply within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Write from your sign-up email address so we can find your account. If you cannot, tell us your username and we will verify another way. We do not ask for identity documents.

What happens to your data

Some things survive deletion. We would rather tell you that plainly than let you find out later.

Messages you sent in group chats	Kept	Shown as “Deleted user”. Removing them would tear holes in other people’s conversations
Activities you created	Kept	They stay open for the people who joined them
Reports about you, or filed by you, and their evidence	Kept	2 years, then deleted automatically. Longer only if there is a live legal claim
A one-way signature that stops a suspended account signing straight back up	Kept	Until the suspension expires, then deleted. It cannot be turned back into your email address

Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery period and no way to restore an account afterwards. Deleting your account does not end an active suspension — if you sign up again before it expires, it still applies.
